How will I receive my vehicle?
Your vehicle will either be delivered in person by one of our dedicated team members, or it will be conveniently parked at a nearby parking garage (within walking distance). This ensures you can access the vehicle whenever you arrive. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle from Movez Car Rental?
The minimum age to rent a vehicle from us is 18 years old. However, please note that our luxury and performance vehicles are available only for customers aged 25 and over. Customers under 25 may rent these vehicles, but are subject to a young driver fee.
How do I return the vehicle?
Returning your vehicle is just as easy as receiving it. One of our team members will meet you in person at the agreed-upon location, or alternatively, you will be provided with instructions for returning the vehicle on your own.
Do you accept debit cards?
Yes, we do accept debit cards. However, please be aware that security deposits made with debit cards will be higher than those made with credit cards.
Where are you located?
We do not operate from a customer-facing office as we deliver our vehicles directly to you. Hence, our location is essentially wherever is most convenient for you.
